When developed right, basketball can instill valuable life lessons — laying the groundwork for fulfilling goals well beyond the court.

Our training embodies track, field & floor as we build speed, endurance & core. Our program is rigorous, and the results transformative. Our aim is for your child to develop skills and confidence, feeding all aspects of life, improving his/her ability to operate within a team, on the path to becoming a competitive player.

We teach our students that positive results come from hard work and commitment — and we motivate our players with regular challenges to discover their capabilities. We fuel our sessions with messages of personal motivation and accountability, as we aim to help young people develop physically, socially and emotionally to better navigate whatever life throws their way. The School of Hoops will elevate your level of play, empowering you to out-run, out-last & out-compete. Our knowledge of sports physiology and our national certification in personal training will help you develop the muscle and flexibility to protect your body for the long term.
